After working with Createch for almost 2 years, I felt compelled to put in writing how satisfied I am with their service. As soon as I started working with Jeff and his team, I noticed how eager they were to create a system that would make working together a great experience. Createch developed a Web Store for Heartland and allowed me to pick out the apparel that would be most appropriate for our employees and clients. Once the store was complete, I passed out a link to all employees at my company which allowed them to log in and order apparel for themselves or as gifts for their customers. Having the online store was ideal, because the apparel options were available for everyone to view and order anytime. A copy of the order was sent to my email which made the orders extremely easy to track. Createch’s quick turnaround time also helped with getting things ready for gifts. As the seasons changed, I was able to update the apparel that the store offered. It was extremely nice to be able to offer a full selection of short sleeve shirts in the Spring/Summer, and then change to an entirely new selection of long sleeve shirts and sweatshirts for Fall/Winter. Also, if I have special requests for apparel not available through the store, Createch has always worked with me to locate the product. The staff is very friendly, and the final product always exceeds our expectations. I would recommend Createch to any business, because my experience with them has been so satisfying.
